Thirty days of tiny, faithful steps — for anyone who's tired of waiting until they feel ready.
You know you should drink more water. Move your body. Get to bed earlier. Clear that room you've been avoiding for months. Open your Bible before you open your phone.
You've known for a long time. And knowing hasn't been enough — because the problem was never information. It was that every one of those things felt too big to start.
Most people aren't stuck because they're lazy. They're stuck because they're overwhelmed.
So this challenge doesn't ask you to overhaul your life. It asks you one question, several times a day, for thirty days:
What is the smallest faithful next step?
Every action comes in three sizes. If the first one feels like too much, you shrink it. And shrinking it counts.
Choosing the right-sized step
is wisdom — not weakness.
A handful of small actions arrive across your day — morning, midday, afternoon, evening. Never all at once. Seeing six things at the same time is exactly the overwhelm we're trying to undo.
We start with the smallest spaces — your entryway, your bathroom — so you see something change in the first few days. The bigger rooms come later, once the momentum is real.
Prayer, gratitude, and the Word aren't a separate track. They're part of the same daily rhythm as water, movement, and rest — because your body and your spirit were never meant to be separated.
Every evening, everyone posts a single win. One shelf. One walk. One prayer. You'll see people doing small things, and you'll start believing you can too.
This month's focus is Calm & Recovery — restoring your nervous system before asking anything hard of it.
Most actions take between thirty seconds and five minutes. If a day feels like too much, shrink every step to its smallest size — the whole day can take under ten minutes and still count.
Nothing happens. There are no streaks to break and nothing gets taken away from you. Missing a day is not failure — it's a day. Come back tomorrow and take the next small step.
No. The challenge is free and everything in it can be done with what you already have. Some days include an optional NuCalm recovery session; if you don't use NuCalm, there's always another way to do that day.
You're genuinely welcome. Faith is woven through this because it's woven through me — but the water, the walking, the decluttering, and the rest work regardless of where you are with God.
Yes. Join whenever you find this. You'll begin at Day 1 and simply finish thirty days later than everyone else. Starting late is still starting.
Thirty days. One small step at a time. Beginning Monday, August 3.
